Gluten Free Chicken Salad
Don't have time to cook? I love to make up little healthy snacks/meals that I can make in bulk and enjoy for a few meals! Since our brain thrives on nutrition, this is one of my staples, everything organic & gluten free, and I just combine gluten-free noodles, organic chicken breast that I pull apart so it is more shredded, then I add in the desired amount of cut up grapes, celery, water chestnuts, slivered almonds, veganese for the dressing, and of course my favorite; black pepper & dill essential oil for the flavoring! Super healthy, yummy, quick & easy! That is it, just stir and eat!
